In this show, Culture Shots addresses the cultural and social stigma surrounding psychotherapy. The programme features interviews with Krystian Fikert, founder of MyMind, a community-based mental health service and Glenn Gannon, actor and playwright, who shares his own journey to seek therapy.

Also featuring music from Nass El Ghiwane.
