Michael Hennessy speaks to Cormac Cahill, who is the Communication Manager for The Alzheimer Society of Ireland, about the inequality of access to Dementia Services, across Ireland, as shown in a recent Dementia-Specific, Community-Based Mapping Project, whose findings were released on April the 18th 2018. The result shows that there are gaps in service provision and inconsistency of service, in both County and Community Healthcare Organisation (CHO) areas.
