Michael Hennessy interviews Independent Senator John Dolan, on the implementation of the United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with a Disability (UN CRPD) by Ireland on April the 19th 2018. Senator Dolan discusses how Ireland must honour its  2006/2007 commitment and will be discussing his campaign to make sure that this is finally, and fully implemented – not just for the benefit of those with a disability but also for all in our increasingly progressive society.
