Near FM’s new weekly business show “NearBy Business” is presented by Declan Ralph and Dave Daly.

We start the show with a look at some business stories from the news this week with a focus on what affects us in North East Dublin.

This week in the Business of…section…. it’s the business of auctioneering….. Ronan Crinion  from Move Home in Drumcondra talks all things property.

Local entrepreneur Brian Greene will be here as he is every week on the programme and he will be covering a wide variety of topics. This week he’s been out and about singing and sleeping 

David Bell from the HR Department will be here for his regular look at HR issues from the employer’s point of view. This week I got the following question from a local employer…. I have a mixture of part time and full time staff and am unsure as to what rest breaks and holidays they are entitled to-can you help?…I’m sure David can…….
