Michael Hennessy speaks to  Margaret Rogers who is the CEO of  Heart Children Ireland, an organisation that represents children with congenital heart defects (CHD).  They discuss the level of services available to the children, and also what happens to them, and the level of services available to them, when they become 16, 17,18, years old, and have to transfer to the adult care system.
