Culture Shots #57 (Intercultural Dialogue through Community Media) by Near Fm on Mixcloud

In this programme, “Culture Shots” marks the 16 Days of Action Opposing Violence Against Women. Linking the local to the global, we interview Nuala Kane from the Blanchardstown Area Partnership about efforts of the local community to establish a local refuge, and Tendai Modondo, Green Party Candidate, to get a global picture of how gender-based violence impacts women in a development context.

Also featuring music from the Original Rude Boys .
