Many people will know Andrea from her years in Irish television and radio. She joined Maria McHale on Life Unfiltered to talk about life behind the camera. It’s a decade since her memoir A Pain Free Live, my journey wellness was published. Andrea has spent the last number of years studying spirituality, psychotherapy, and how people make sense of their lives during change, illness and loss. She works as a hypnotherapist and spiritual director, is training in clinical psychotherapy, and is raising two daughters. They discussed how meaning develops over time and what Andrea has learned from sitting with herself and others in difficult moments.
