Paula Wiseman chats with Jo Donohoe, Project Lead for Mental Health Ireland about their latest campaign, ‘Hello, How Are You?’.  In partnership with Iarnród Éireann Teams, they are hosting events in Dublin, Cork and Galway on Thurs 30th March to encourage people to connect with eachother.  With music, activities, resources, freebies, live radio coverage and some very special guests, the events will be starting at 7.30am that morning.
