Dublin Punk Untold examines the role Ireland’s capital city played in the punk era. Inspired by the Hope Collective’s Great Gig Memories book, producer and broadcaster Neil Farrelly has spent the past year and a half examining archives and interviewing the people who created Ireland’s punk scene.

In episode one, There was Nothing,  we hear about how oppressive and dull Dublin was in the mid 1970’s, the explosion of pirate radio, Dublin’s first Zines, how the Radiators from Space formed and the tragic death of Patrick Coultry at the Belfield’s Burning Festival.
