This is the twelfth show of Culture Shots, part of a series of 13 programmes examining the meaning of culture and promoting intercultural understanding.

Tonight’s programme focuses on Ireland’s first Universal Periodic Review (UPR) which took palce on October 6th 2011. Irenia Alvarez presents and Culture Shots roving reporter Evans Shirihuru, speaks to experts from stakeholder organizations on location at the live Webcast of the Universal Periodic Review hearing.

Also featuring music by Ingrid Michaelson and Bob Marley.
