This is the seventh show of Culture Shots, part of a series of 13 programmes examining the meaning of culture and promoting intercultural understanding.
Tonight’s programme focuses on intercultural storytelling as a means of uniting cultures.
This programme features stories from: storyteller Esther Nyambura (originally from Kenya, now based in Dublin), renowned Cork storyteller Kate Corkery, 7-year-old Aisling Shirihuru, and a wee story from the wee north told by Liz Weir.
This series is a part of the Intercultural Dialogue through Community Media project, which is co-financed by the European Commission under the European Integration Fund and is supported by the Office for the Promotion of Migrant Integration in the Department of Justice and Equality and Pobal.
