This interview with Dr. Benjamin Barber, was recorded in late 2008, in the immediate aftermath of the collapse of Lehman Brothers, an event which many attribute to the continuing global economic malaise. Dr. Barber identified a Democratic Deficit as contributing to a spreading lack of TRUST in and between Governments, Business, Institutions and Citizens.
