This is the fourth programme of Culture Shots, part of a series of 13 programmes examining the meaning of culture and promoting intercultural understanding.

Tonight’s programme explores migrant access to education and work.

Gillian McInerney interviews Fidele Mutwarasibo of Immigrant Council of Ireland about the Pathways to Work programme.

Evans Shirihuru speaks to Pat O’Mahony, education and research officer of the Irish Vocational Education Association, about immigration and emigration in Ireland, and the provision of education and language support for migrants.

Also featuring music from Ladysmith Black Mambazo.
