Niamh Griffin talked to John Murphy about his journey, as well as other successful players like Conor Nolan and the Irish Junior Squad. I visited their training day and got to see just how fast you need to be. And Liam O Ceallaigh from Table Tennis Ireland talked about the history of Ping Pong Diplomacy and how the sport grew around Dublin.
