R.A.S.P. is located in Belcamp Lane, Darndale.  It is the only drug rehabilitation centre in the Dublin 17 area and its purpose is to create a safe and drug-free environment for support and learning for recovering drug users.  Pat Hanna and George Keating of R.A.S.P. speak to Noel McGuinness on Northside2Day.  Pat, who is the General Manager, outlines the programmes that are undertaken and the work that is done there.  George is a manager at the centre .  He speaks about how he got involved in drugs and what eventually changed his perception of them.  They talk about the 3-year programme that is offered to participants and the importance of funding such an essential project.
