Denis O’Brien, Foróige Volunteer Development Manager, talks to Noel McGuinness on Northside2Day about volunteering with Foróige.  Foróige is the leading youth organisation in Ireland, working with approximately 57,000 young people aged 10-18 every year through volunteer-led clubs and staff-led youth projects.  The organisation is now 60 years old and currently operates in 26 counties in Ireland, with 531 Foróige clubs and 125 youth projects. The organisation works with all young people through their general services and also works with vulnerable young people who require additional support through a full range of targeted services.  Denis explains that volunteers are always needed in Foróige and they can help in a whole variety of ways
