This week on Life Unfiltered Maria talked to psychotherapist Siobhán McCarthy about adult loneliness and the structural reasons friendship becomes harder in adulthood, the difference between being alone and feeling unseen, and why loneliness has a particular talent for making you feel like the problem is you.
Siobhán works with clients at Summit Counselling in Swords and you can find her at https://summitcounselling.org/
