In early July 2021 the People’s Vaccine Alliance Ireland was launched. The alliance is the Irish section of an international movement of organisations and activists who are pushing for a ‘people’s vaccine’ for COVID-19 around the world.  Darren J. Prior caught up with Jim Clarken who is the CEO of Oxfam Ireland and a cofounder and spokesperson of the alliance in Ireland to talk about the alliance and the international picture of the huge lack of access to COVID-19 vaccines in developing countries and how this situation can be satisfactorily addressed.
