Michael Hennessy interviews “See -Change” Ambassador, Nicola Hampson, in relation to” See – Change” and their Green Ribbon Campaign, dedicated to ending mental health stigma, and changing mindsets about mental health problems, in Ireland. “See-Change” are passionate about equality, and aim to ensure that everyone enjoys the same rights on an equal basis, together with the understanding, that mental health problems can affect anyone at any time during their lives, and is just part and parcel of being human. Nicola also tells us about her personal struggle with bi-polar depression and how she came through it.
