Near FM’s new weekly business show “NearBy Business” is presented by Declan Ralph and Dave Daly.

We start the show with a look at some business stories from the news this week with a focus on what affects us in North East Dublin.

We then spoke to a number of people who started their own business recently and the supports around making the break to self-employment.

After that Local entrepreneur Brian Greene who will be joining us every week on the programme and will cover a wide variety of topics was this week out and about talking to local Baldoyle businesses

Then an introduction to David Bell from the HR Department who will be with us on a regular basis to look at HR issues from the employer’s point of view. Today as it’s the first show David will tell me how he came to be in this business and outline what HR areas will be addressed over the coming weeks.

After that Businessman Gerry Breen Former Dublin lord Mayor and chairman of the “My Drumcondra “Business group joins us to talk networking and small business.
