Tony Geoghegan, Chief Executive of Merchants Quay Ireland (MQI) talks to Noel McGuinness. He explains that MQI offer a wide variety of services to people who are homeless, hungry and those struggling with addiction. Their Open Access Centre provides a seven day a week meal service, primary healthcare and drug related services. In addition MQI have rehab and detox centres at St. Francis Farm, Co. Carlow and High Park, Drumcondra. There is supported housing for aftercare. MQI also provide an addiction counselling service in prisons across Ireland.
