John Haughton, Joseph Dunne and Robert Miller discussed the following topics:

  • Wildlife Gardening – Plants to begin with for your wildlife garden.
  • The TTIP and CETA trade agreements-issues and consequences.
  • The EU renews licence for the use of Glyphosate/Roundup-deemed to be cancer causing by an independent study.

The program also talked about the importance of Leonard Cohen as a singer/songwriter, poet and writer, referring to Phil Alexander editor-In-Chief of MOJO Magazine who stated that “James Joyce is not dead. He lives in Montreal under the name of Cohen” and a detailed analysis written by Tom Robbins for the tribute album “Tower of Song: The Songs of Leonard Cohen”. Two songs were played on the program:’ Joan of Arc’ from the CD ‘Leonard Cohen Live in Concert’, and Martha Wainwright’s version of ‘Tower of Song’ from the MOJO Tribute CD ‘Cohen Covered’
