Fingal County Council 1916 Centenary Events

Betty Boardman, Senior Executive Librarian, Fingal County Council, talks to Noel McGuinness about upcoming 1916 Centenary events that will take place in the Fingal area. These include a 1916 Memorabilia Day on Saturday 26th September at the Grand Hotel Malahide where people can bring items or stories relating to the 1916-1923 period. Betty also talks about the Fingal 2016 Centenary Programme Lecture Series which will focus on the role played by men and women of Fingal in the fight for Irish freedom. See also www.fingal.ie
