This is the tenth anniversary of the LiFT Youth Arts Festival in Ballymun and Emma Connors of axis-Ballymun talks to Noel McGuinness about the wide variety of events that will take place from Monday 23rd March to Thursday 2nd April. The free programme of events, workshops, exhibitions and showcases are for young people aged 13-23 from Ballymun and neighbouring communities.
