Northside Partnership organized the Challenger Programme to support talented young people from the Dublin 17 area. The Challenger Programme helps to motivate students to complete their learning certificate and go on to a third level education.

In this interview, they discuss what they have learned from participating in the Challenger Programme, and the benefits and confidence they have gained from it.
