John Mac Donald has never walked,he has spent all 52 years of his life in a wheel chair.

The term confined to a wheelchair is not a term I would use for this man who has traveled the world,holds down a responsible job,an active advocate for people with disabilities and who possesses a keen sense of humor.

John has very limited use of his hands yet manages to overcome obstacles like using keyboards and smartphones by skilfully using a drumstick clenched in his mouth.

In this interview with Ger Leddin for LIFELINE John shares his philosophy, courage and talks about his life.
