Noel McGuinness talks to Ciara Cavanagh on Northside2Day about a new community adult string orchestra called the Offbeat Ensemble which is setting up on the northside of Dublin.  Ciara says that it is never too late to learn a musical instrument and that as well as beginners and those with a small amount of experience, people returning to playing an instrument are also welcome.
