Paula Wiseman chats with Manager Phyllis Campbell about the Christmas Market being held in the TLC Carlton Care home. Residents can shop for Christmas with their families and feel like they’ve been out shopping. The staff will be donating clothes, toys and jewellery for the market and all funds raised will buy Christmas presents for the residents.
