Prior spoke to Paula Leonard, the National Lead of Community Action on Alcohol or the ICAAN Network with national Donegal-based Alcohol Forum about the networks and forum’s growing calls on Minister of Education Norma Foley to issue a circular saying that alcohol-industry funded programmes have no place in Irish second-level schools as is the case in Irish primary schools.
