Shannon Baker joins Donie Tarrant to chat about the STEPS programme and her experience with Northside Partnership. Shannon is from Belcamp, did the Challenger programme in school, had a lot of career guidance with Paul Hayes, joined the Young Community Leaders programme and is now a youth worker with Sphere 17 as well as working with the Get The Message Out campaign
