Paula Wiseman chatted with Teresa Lennon, Head of Irish Regions European Office and Coordinator, Irish Delegation to the Committee of the Regions.  Teresa spoke about the work that IREO do and also about the invaluable work that the COTR do within Ireland. 

In the second half, Paula spoke with Declan Rice, CEO of Kilkenny LEADER Partnership, the original driver of The Nore Vision project.  Declan spoke about how the Nore Vision Project is enriching the area and also bringing together people in the community.
