Global Action Plan, an environmental NGO based in Ballymun, has welcomed the latest report by the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC). The report makes it quite clear that we have a simple choice: ‘delay and pay’, or plan for a greener way of living now and to discuss the report and what it means for us.
