Cllr. Janice Boylan joins Adrianne Murphy to discuss the recent decision by An Bord Pleanála to approve a huge development proposed by developers for the O’Devaney Gardens – St Bricin’s Military Hospital lands, which has alarmed residents in the local area and surrounds.

They say that the massive scale and height of 1047 units including five blocks with up to 14 floors where there were originally 278 flats will overshadow and crowd out existing housing and services.
