On the show Patrick was joined by Heptathlete Kate O Connor, who joined us to reflect on her second place finish at the Multistars World Athletics combined Events challenge in Italy last weekend.  Kate chatted about her hopes for qualifying for this year’s Olympics, the challenges of competing in the Heptathlon and the joy of winning a European U20 medal two years ago.
