Live Aid – 13^th July 1985 – if you remember back that far and it feels like the blink of an eye, then fast forward another 35 years to  2055.  We could be looking at a figure of over 170 million people worldwide living with dementia.  Dr Dominic Trépel, one of the world’s leading Health Economists speaks to Karen Meenan about why dementia is such a priority for our Government.  They are joined in studio by Nora Owen, former Minister for Justice and former Deputy Leader of Fine Gael, more recently advocate for The Alzheimer’s Society of Ireland.  Chris Rea, Don McLean and David Bowie provide the sound track.
