Sinn Féin City Councillor Daithí Doolan on Silver Bullets

So-called ‘Silver Bullets’ are causing distress for parents and families across Dublin. These ‘silver bullets’ contain nitrous oxide or laughing gas, if inhaled it causes a short, intense high. Like any substance, it can have a serious even fatal consequence. Cllr Daithí Doolan said “This is a public health issues.” “Turning a blind eye is not an option. Honest information and action is what is urgently required”.
