On this edition of Lifeline:
Jay Adams will be joining Shane Burke in the Studio. Jay will be telling us his story. He was in foster care from the age of 4 till 18 and at 18 he became homeless.
He is now Following his dream and creating success along the way. He is an inspiring young man with a story of determination and passion.
