Pat Dawson, CEO of the Irish Travel Agents Association talks to Noel McGuinness about the increased turnover figures for Irish Travel Agents as shown in the 2018 Annual Report. He says that a number of factors are involved in these figures which involve new and returning customers to the travel agents. In addition to their expert knowledge, he points out that booking through an agent saves precious time, cutting through the search and booking process, plus booking with a bonded ITAA agent ensures that if unexpected issues arise, your adviser is on hand to rearrange and correct any detail of your trip with minimal disruption.
