Dr Finola Doyle-O Neill is a broadcast historian. She was the first UCC graduate to receive a Doctorate in Ireland’s radio and television history. She lectures in the area of Ireland’s broadcast and film history- as well as in the area of Crime and the Media- as part of the BA in Criminology. She joins Donie to discuss the dangers of confessional TV and the chat show host playing a role as Therapist.
