Orla decided 15 years ago that she would choose to end her own life rather than live with a permanent Catheter.

10 years ago she stopped taking injections but tried to go back on them after 2 years.

 She advises people to stay on there meds regardless.

Orla is now in a nursing home permanently.

Now she chooses to live with the permanent catheter instead.

Orla wants to see a referendum on assisted suicide.
