Debbie also speaks to a couple of participants who express their view on community arts and culture. The conference ‘Another Conversation’ involves exchanges of ideas and tactics to retrieve the public value of culture and community arts during Ireland’s state of exception, a time of not knowing how to resolve the problems facing Ireland’s families and communities.
