Debbie Mc Mahon speaks to Patrick Ussher about the book his mother Mary Redmond Ussher originally wrote ” The pink ribbon path”. After her death Patrick came across some of her work she had written throughout her illness & added this to the new updated version that he wrote “following the pink ribbon path” to keep his mothers memory alive. He also talks about the increadible charity work she had done which included St Francis hospice Raheny, Sunflower day ,& the wheel Ireland’s largest network of voluntary organisations. This book has offered comfort & strength to thousands of women who go through breast cancer treatment every year.
