Near FM, in association with Phoenix FM and the Irish Traditional Music Archive, is proud to present Within a Mile of Dublin: Songs & Tunes live from ITMA. These two unique programmes were broadcast live during Heritage Week 2017 from the beautiful library room of the Irish Traditional Music Archive Merrion street premises. We present them now as podcast for your listening pleasure.

Programme two features tunes from Liam O’Brien, concertina (TG4 2017 Young Musician of the Year), and Brid O’Donohue, flute/whistle and songs from Dublin singer Barry Gleeson. There are also contributions from ITMA’s Brian Doyle and Niamh Donnellan of Heritage Week.
