Gillian Bird of the DSPCA talks to Noel McGuinness about what people should do if they find a baby bird or fledgling. She also gives lots more advice on caring for animals and pets. The DSPCA PetFest takes place at their headquarters in Rathfarnham on 17th June and Gillian says everyone is welcome – you can even bring your dog (on a lead)!
