Debie Mc Mahon speaks to Tomás Hardiman who is the producer of Alan Gilsenan’s new film called “meetings with Ivor” which will be screening from February 10th at ifi & eyecinema. Ivor Browne was a professor of psychiatry at University college in Dublin & chief psychiatrist of the eastern health board. The film looks back on the work Ivors w did & his opposition to orthodox psychiatry made him a vital and controversial figure in Irish public life.
