TOPICS discussed: There was a wide ranging discussion about the following

and how it is that so many people may not be getting the message of ENVIRO.

Reference was made as to how many thousands attended conerts in Croke

Park and Marley Park at the weekend-yet response to environmental issues

and wars seem to leave people cold and by their inactions fail to engage, or

sentiments to that effect.

c) Zuma an endangered species Jaguar used as a mascot at the launch of

the Olympics and Olympic torch event broke loose and was shot.

d) Five cattle/heifers shot in the course of a repossession of a farm at

Annacroft livestock farm outside Carrickmacross, Co. Monaghan

3. The demise of the Bull Island hares

4. Ethiopian famine-former Irish President had said that this famine was a

bigger issue than Brexit.
