Juno Watch Celebrates Spacecraft’s Arrival at Jupiter

David Moore of Astronomy Ireland talks to Noel McGuinness about the planet Jupiter which is currently blazing in the evening sky and he says that to celebrate the Juno spacecraft arriving at Jupiter, giant telescopes are being set up for the public to see Jupiter up close “live” as June beams back the latest images. This free event takes place at Astronomy Ireland headquarters on Friday 8th July. In addition to this, David talks about the public lecture on Monday 11th July entitled “Neptune, Triton & the Outer Solar System (plus Juno Probe Overview) which will be given by Dr. Craig Agnor.
