Declan Ralph chats with Greg Barry from The Irish Association of Supported Employment IASE about the Job Shadow Day and plans for this year. Coming up on the 27th April is Job Shadow Day. Job Shadow Day is designed to give people with disabilities the unique opportunity to get a close up look at the world of work for one day to discover and learn about the skills and education required to compete and succeed in the work place. It’s in its 9th year and there are now literally hundreds of people and employers involved.
