Jamie Durrant, Events Officer of Birdwatch Ireland, talks to Noel McGuinness about a Halloween-themed event in Phoenix Park on 30th October. He says this will take place after dark and will be a guided walk for families which is free of charge. Children must be accompanied by an adult and everyone should bring torches.
