Ian Carey of the Environmental Pillar talks to Noel McGuinness about the passing of the Climate Action and Low Carbon Bill 2015 in Dail Eireann.  While the Environmental Pillar welcomes this, Ian warns that real work is still ahead. Ireland is still not on track to meet our 2020 EU emissions target and we badly need a national action plan to develop the concrete steps that will make the vision of the Bill a reality.
